I've been wondering why the volume on this laptop keeps slipping from my default setting of Very Quiet Indeed.

Savannah's got me wondering; are loins purely a male feature? Seems a bit unfair - we should all have something to gird from time to time.
'Pelvic girdle' is the female equivalent of a chap's 'loins', isn't it? (I mean, they're really the same thing, but as usual have to be 'branded' differently...)
At least the sound doesn't go up when you move your bowels.
