Well, duh. Of course the Scots invented the nacho, it's a corruption of nha-chaugh, meaning, very roughly (an exact translation from the delicacy of Gaelic to the crudity of English is never possible) "greasy treat of the valley of the fairies". This simply confirms that they may not have colonized Mexico but they made it work. Like they did the US.
