Ahhh Kevin, I could smell the tripe and onions bubbling in the milk saucepan way up here.

Recently listened to the Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain's take on George. Those videos make me think of Sunday high tea

Jimmy: aye, lad. And a slab of parkin by t'tea cups.

Lulu: now that's an enviable upbringing: we just made do with a salad and some malt loaf.

Scarlet: quite so.

Holy mother of god... Parkin. The aroma of ginger, and the buttery taste of crispness as it filled your taste buds with a dance so fine.

...the memories come flooding back.

Like Lulu, listened to the UOGB. Quite a la mode these days. Never really got alone with George, but maybe I was more of a Jimmy Shand girl.

Jimmy: there's nothing like a sticky cake for reviving memories.

Madame DF: I enjoy UBOGB a great deal.

Ah... Jimmy Shand. The lines converge.
